This lovely villa is located on the second level above the grassy bluff looking out over the cove and more. Enjoy full ocean views from every room except the second bedroom and bath. French doors open onto the spacious balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Just a few of the many great features include limestone tile flooring and countertops, a 52 inch flat panel TV and wood burning fireplace in the living room, a 26 inch flat panel TV in each bedroom, one AC unit (in the living room) and a second private balcony off the dining area for barbecuing. The villa comfortably sleeps two couples, plus there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, if needed. Another bonus is that this villa may be accessed without using the 8 exterior steps by using the walkway at the other end of building and walking through the interior corridor to Villa 68. Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).
