The large balcony overlooks Hamilton Cove architecture and has a gorgeous vista, a perfect place for you to sit back and relax during your stay at this villa.

The living area is very comfortable with its open space design and easy access to the balcony. There is Queen sized sofa sleeper available fro extra sleep. The kitchen with plentiful counter space and breakfast bar is ideal for socializing while preparing meals.

The bedrooms are open and clean with functional furniture to provide comfort and relaxation. Spacious bathrooms with Queen beds are located in each level of the villa.

The villa is about 56 steps from the street and a short golf cart drive to shops, the historic Avalon movie theater, zipline tours, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, and fishing.

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes complimentary use of the community’s amenities (heated pool, spa, fitness center, 18 hole golf putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). The amenities are maintained by the Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association and are not guaranteed. Some restrictions may apply. This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted: 3 night minimum July & August).
